Up to now the maximum plasticizing volume for the machine types mentioned has been 10.2 cm³, but from the middle of this year the two injection moulding machines will have a maximum stroke volume of 15.3 cm³ as standard.
An extended screw stroke at a screw diameter of 18 mm and an injection force increased by 25 % makes this possible. Thus, the compact BOY XS (100 kN clamping force / 0.77 m² footprint) and the BOY XXS (63 kN / 0.89 m² footprint) have a significantly wider range of injection volumes in comparison to other machines in this clamping force class. These two BOY injection moulding machines do not use the piston plasticizing that is customary for this machine size, but instead rely on a screw plasticizing from 8 to 18 mm according to the "first in first out" principle. Maximum, specific injection pressures of up to 3128 bar are available.

Volumetric Dosers are suitable for balanced feeding of masterbatch, additive, and virgin material to the plastic process machine. The unit has a selection of four dosing screw sizes for different throughput needs. The unit can supports up to four sets of dosing screws for various material receipt.
Vertical Batch Mixers are mainly used for mixing plastics as raw materials, masterbatch and recycled materials. cannot be used dealing with plastic powder and all kinds of foods, chemicals, and inflammable, explosive and volatile materials. Bulk density should be taken into account when the dimension of material is uneven or in other forms.
Hopper Dryers are used for drying hygroscopic plastics, such as PS, PP, and ABS etc., which can reach the highest drying temperature up to 160℃. The double- layer insulation models can offer uniform drying temperature with less heat loss. In addition, multiple accessories are optional to realize different functions, such as recycling hot air and filtering metal impurities in the materials. The floor stand makes machine floor mount available.
Honeycomb dehumidifiers are mainly used to provide low dew point dry air, which can collocate with hopper dryer to process highly hygroscopic engineering plastics. This series of machines can reach an average dew point temperature of -40℃ with right setup and maximum drying air volume can reach 4,000m³/hr. If some dry materials are volatile, they must use EOF filter.
Single Phase Self-Contained Auto Loaders are mainly used for the following machines: injection moulding machines, extrusion machines or other machines to dry plastic materials, which are installed on the drying hopper directly. It also can collocate with collective hoppers to work on the inlet of the injection moulding machine. After setting, the machine can work automatically and independently without frequent adjustment. For its high installing position, it may give shortage alarm occasionally. Therefore, it’s available to equip the distal switch options to dismiss the alarm, customer has the choice of either the 1Phase or 3Phase according to customers requirements.
"Standard" separate-vacuum hopper loaders are suitable for conveying material over long distance. All models adopt stainless steel hopper to ensure no contamination to raw material. High efficiency high pressure blower features light weighted, durable, great suction power, easy installation and operation.

This series of machines can use oil or water as heat transfer media according to different production processes, as to adapt to different production conditions.
